Our Best Efforts for Protection

We are continually making extra strides to ensure your safety during these unforeseen times. Please help us by wearing a mask to your appointment and coming by yourself. This keeps exposure down by limiting the amount of people in our salon at one time. In our efforts to maintain a sanitized and disinfected environment, I continually monitor new techniques and certifications to obtain. Having a safe, clean and disinfected area to work is my top priority.

Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellations and reschedules must be done 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointments. You will get charged half of your service if you notify me of cancellation/reschedule within the 24 hour time frame.


APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES


Please, silence your phone during your service. I will not unlock, text, or answer your phone for you during your service. I am on a schedule and I refrain from using my phone while I’m performing your service. It’s impossible for me to do my job when you’re moving, so please be still and keep your phone in your purse. NO CHILDREN AND NO OTHER GUESTS ALLOWED. I am in an office building and need to maintain a quiet atmosphere. You will be rescheduled and subject to cancellation fees if you come in with children/guests. Cash, credit card, Venmo or cashapp is accepted. New client scheduling is done online only through the scheduling portal. Please allow 24 hours to respond as I am unable to respond immediately due to the nature of my job. If you believe you’re having an allergic reaction, reach out to me ASAP for immediate removal. I will respond immediately to urgent messages. Communicate concerns with me as soon as they arise and always send me a photo for reference. This helps me determine the appropriate action to take moving forward. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.


48 hour policy- I will fix, correct or touch up your lashes if needed within 48 hours of application. After 48 hours, it is your responsibility to follow proper aftercare. This will ensure you have amazing retention. 80% of lash retention is from proper aftercare, so it’s very important to take good care of them! See FAQS page for more information.
